We take very seriously the integrity of our mission, the safety and security of our attendees, as well as your desire to contribute as a teammate. Each member of our Events Team has had extreme experiences that help us ignite reachable hope for those facing adverse situations. Our Event Team is thoroughly vetted, must agree to and successfully pass a criminal background check, and will be required to go through our Safety Training Protocols.  If you desire to be in a speaking role, you may be asked to submit a video summary of your journey before proceeding to an interview with our leadership core. This will be on a case-by-case basis and by invitation only.

Upon review of your application, having passed the background check and our checks with each of the references you provide in the application - the next step is more personal. You'll meet first with the Founder and President of Ignite International, Inc. When determined that you may be a good fit with our mission-driven objectives, we'll proceed with your interview with the appropriate Ignite U1 leaders.

When your application is approved and we have agreed on the most effective (for us) and fulfilling (for you) role you can fill, you'll be invited to our Team Orientation to complete the onboarding process!

At this stage, you will be welcomed as part of our Team, and invited to our Team's private online group so you can get to know others across the nation and get started making an impact to ignite generational cycles of hope together!! We are SO enormously thankful for you!!
